Terms and Conditions for WebCords Web Development Services

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in business with WebCords, whether through our website, in writing, or verbally, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

3. Scope of Services
3.1. WebCords offers web development and related services as agreed upon in the project proposal, statement of work, or contract.
3.2. All project specifications, deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in the project agreement, which must be signed by both parties.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Client agrees to pay WebCords according to the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement.
4.2. Invoices are due upon receipt and must be paid within the specified time frame.
4.3. Delays in payment may result in project delays and additional fees.
5. Project Changes
5.1. Changes to the project scope, specifications, or timeline must be mutually agreed upon in writing and may result in additional fees and project timeline adjustments.
5.2. WebCords is not responsible for delays or issues arising from changes not documented in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Upon full payment, WebCords assigns to the Client all rights, title, and interest to the web development project, including the source code, designs, and related materials, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
6.2. WebCords retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
8. Liability
8.1. WebCords is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, hardware or software failures, or third-party actions.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the project.
9. Termination
9.1. Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice.
9.2. Termination fees may apply if the project is terminated before completion.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Juridiction in Court of Law,Ludhiana,Punjab, IN .
11. Entire Agreement
11.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
